The Company and Associations Code (CAC) reduces the number of legal forms and abolishes many of the currently existing legal forms. Within the category of companies without legal personality, the ‘tijdelijke handelsvennootschap’ (’société momentanée’) and the ‘stille handelsvennootschap’ (’société interne’) both disappear.
