Why do we process your data? What data do we process?

We keep and use your data for the sole purpose of informing you about the latest releases of our blog articles on our M&A for professionals blog. The data we collect are your first and last name and your email address.

These data are collected and used with your consent and in compliance with the European and national data protection laws.

Who is responsible for the processing? How (long) will we store your data?

Your data will be stored in a paper and electronic form falling under the responsibility of intui cvba (Tiensevest 104, 3000 Leuven, company number 0526.898.555, tel. 016.20.00.25) which will take any possible measure to ensure their safety.

Your data will be stored for the duration of our blog and after this period for as long as necessary to comply with our (legal) obligations.

Who has access to your data?

Only the blog administrators, Mrs. Ellen Penninckx and Mr. Kevin Vertommen (https://www.fuseo.be/) will have access to your data.

What are your rights?

You have the right to oppose to the processing of any of your personal data. We ensure you that we will stop the processing of your data upon your first request. In that case however, we can no longer guarantee that you will have access to our blog.

You have the right to restrict or withdraw your consent to process and share your information. In both cases, intui will be glad to give you more details on how your data, in whole or in part, will be deleted. In that case, we can no longer guarantee that you will have access to our blog. However, it could be that not all data need to be deleted.

You have the right to be informed on the purpose for which your data will be processed and to know who will be able to access them. intui will communicate you in a timely manner the names of the persons who have been granted additional access to your data, besides the persons mentioned under c.

You are entitled to ask us which data we have collected on you and you have the right to change them if some of the information shows to be wrong.

You have the right to receive (certain of the) data we processed and stored on you in a portable and machine-readable format.

We commit ourselves to take any possible measures to process and store your data in a safe and secure manner, and to inform you immediately, within our legal obligations, of any breach of this commitment or any loss of your data.
